Q: What day will my furniture arrive?
A: There are two ways to find out when your furniture will arrive. Go to the order tracking page and log in using your dealer acknowledgement number, bill of lading number or purchase order number to trace your shipment. If you have not applied for order tracking Internet tracing service, please fill out the form here.

A: Zenith's rates are based on weight, destination, warehousing needs, etc. and we would be happy to provide you with a free quote for any shipment. Simply call our rate department and we will be glad to speak with you.

Q: What are your procedures for claims and authorization?
A: For complete OS&D procedures click here. You can be confident that all claims for damages, shortages or overcharges will be handled in a timely manner. We work closely with the manufactures to obtain parts for repair and when necessary order replacement pieces.

Q: Can I request an expedited shipment if necessary?
A: You may request expedited service and we will make every effort to meet your service needs. To request this service please contact our Customer Service department and ask for our Freight Expeditor.
